Hi there 👋

The central question I am attempting to address is: How do we build confidence in digital communication?

I am currently a Technical Project Manager Microsoft Research Special Projects and Co-Founder of the Plural Technology Collaboratory at Microsoft Research.

  • Oversee and co-leading responsible AI strategy for Health AI team.
  • Designing cryptographic tools for effective campaign communication against disinformation attacks in collaboration with Taiwan’s Ministry of Digital Affairs for the upcoming 2024 federal election.
  • Co-led mechanism design for Gov4Git AI governance protocol
