memblock tests: fix warning: "__ALIGN_KERNEL" redefined

Building memblock tests produces the following warning:

Remove definitions of __ALIGN_KERNEL and __ALIGN_KERNEL_MASK from
tools/include/linux/mm.h to fix it.
