You can't do much yet. The basics of an Observable Network File System are in place.

You can start a server in one terminal then create a filesystem, then upload files to that filesystem, THEN you can WATCH a particular file in yet another terminal and change events will be printed to the command line if you re-upload (this replace the state of) the watched file.

It's a modest start, and there's a lot more to do!
