A proper command line nonce setter for iOS 11.

• Command line interface
• Sync nonce on set
• Unlocks & locks back nvram to avoid issues caused by poor unlock method :c
• Sample launch daemon plist included -- combine with electra and get nonce set on jailbreak :)
