4. PostgreSQL
5. pgAdmin4 for Windows (optional)
6. PyCharm (for running the prediction model)

3 Backend setup command

pip install -r requirements.txt

python manage.py makemigrations

python manage.py migrate

python manage.py collectstatic

python manage.py runserver 0.0.0.0:8000

4 Frontend setup command

npm install

npm run start
