CIで実行するgolangのバージョンを整理しました

先日golang 1.9が出たので追加
古いgolangのバージョンを消した
- TDDBCという性質上あんまり古いバージョンは考慮しなくていいかなと思ったので
- 本家のリリースポリシーによると2つ前のメジャーバージョンまでサポートするとの記載があったので、それにならって1.5と1.6を削除
