This commit contains the successful adaption the latest marlin 1.1.3

to closest run on a stock Geeetech Prusa I3 with the following execptions:

1. I'm using a geared extruder: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2090259
If you're using the stock extruder then revert the E-motor direction and
recalibrate the E-steps.

2. This commit has manual bedleveling enabled for some reason.
It shouldn't be a bother but you can safely disable it.
