I have got panic in Ryzen 7 3700x during boot. Almost every start I have the panic and have to restart many times until boot successfully.

I want to note, cleaning NVRam can help though, but it's far from great solution because it cleans your EFI boot entries (not really matters until you have something like GRUB that is not detected by your motherboard BIOS automatically, even if it's installed on separate drive).

I also suffered with the same kernel panic on the 3900X

I just got this panic on hard boot (via power button), but shortly after completely shutting down Win10 (it seems to have something to do on my PC). I'm not using OC to boot to Windows.

Threadripper 1950X, Gigabyte X399 AORUS XTREME (latest BIOS - F5), OC 0.5.9.

It seems to happen only after a cold boot. May be related to temperature/fan monitoring?
