Cygwin unrar-nonfree (binary package)

This is Cygwin binary package for extracting *.rar files (format 3.x+
support). Due to non-free license, this program cannot be distributed
with the official <http://cygwin.com> distribution[1].

The license allows personal use. Download the *.tar.gz and install it
from Cygwin shell with:

    tar -C / -xf unrar-nonfree-*.tar.xz
