Extra option label for Deck Import + FIX Load Archive (requires restart)

A new label has been added to translation for DeckImport to specify the interaction between Latest/Original Art and Format Selection.

Moreover, FIXED a few italian translations + Added (REQUIRES RESTART) on Load Archive Format option.
