[Analytics] Send EDDL 1.0 (page view) data consentless from AEM EDS to Analytics

Context:

• We have DL data in our pages. The data layer follows the EDDL RC 1.0 spec, i.e. comprises site, page and user login status

Goals:

• Implement logic to convert the EDDL data into Analytics Image Request format (see ref below) and push it to Analytics
• This logic shall not depend on user consent, but run early on page load

Non-Goals:

• remove the launch container from EDS when the work is completed => [Analytics] Remove Launch Container from EDS pages #508

Validation:
