sharp-voice is a C# library (dll) that allows you to interface with google voice.

This library (as of April 2nd, 2013) is capable of:
* Login with two-step authentication
* Initiating calls
* Sending SMS
* Retrieving messages
* Downloading voicemail

Requirement:
* Microsoft .Net Framework 3.5
