Changes

Fixed issue with Quickpost that caused it to fail, due to passing an array when a string was required.
About margin shifted to positive to resolve mobile display issue
Promoted reducer ordering shift to prevent empty promoted post feed from causing hasmore to resolve false, which caused loadmoreposts failure to trigger.
