This is a Telegram bot that helps you share domain-specific internet resources like news, videos, documents in a constant, but non-overwhelming manner. Users can build groups that they can post to. Posts are stored and will be broadcasted to all group members with a given periodicity. The choice of each broadcasted post is random. You can think of that buffer as a random access queue.
