Make sure you have a working Docker installation (电脑安装docker) and that you’re logged in to Heroku (heroku login).
Log in to Container Registry:
$ heroku container:login
Create a Heroku app:
$ heroku create

Set CHISEL_AUTH, METHOD, KEY config:
$ heroku config:set CHISEL_AUTH=user:pass METHOD=rc4-md5 KEY=foobar

CHISEL_AUTH: user:pass

Build the image and push to Container Registry:
$ heroku container:push web
Connect your chisel client:
