Run NESFR7

sudo apt-get install -y ros-galactic-joy ros-galactic-nav2-msgs ros-galactic-xacro
colcon build --symlink-install --packages-select nesfr_teleop nesfr_bridge
ros2 launch nesfr_bridge simple.launch.py namespace:=nesfr7_01                 //<- not `/nesfr7_01`
ros2 launch nesfr_arm_bringup nesfr7_arm_common.launch.py namespace:=nesfr7_01 //<- not `/nesfr7_01`
