抱歉我重装过torch 我也不记得之前环境了
不过1.X系列或者2.X的torch应该都是可以run的这个环境整体而言很好配没什么注意的所以我就没有写requirements

同学你好目前我虚拟环境里Torch是1.7.1 Python是3.7 这个版本是可以run通的你可以尝试下
