## Why this Proposal?

996的抗争本质上是劳动者与资本家之间的斗争<br/>
在现代化,工业化的背景下,劳动者在这场斗争中是处于劣势地位的。<br/>
因此想要在这场斗争中获得胜利就必须理清思路,讲究方法。

## Community Value

提出一个更明确,更有操作性的路线图。<br/>

## Problems

过度加班不仅仅是程序员的问题。<br/>
我们要有明确的目标。<br/>
我们应该有明确的方法与手段。

## Solutions

首先,联合一切可以联合的力量,避免被孤立。要明白996的问题本质就是无节制的加班问题。 这个问题不仅仅是程序员这个群体特有的问题,而是更广泛的社会问题。金融交易员,医生,律师,环卫工人,农民工等等大家都被逼着加班。跟收入高低无关,跟从事的行业也没有必然联系。而程序员只是最早发声的群体在其它方面并没有什么特别之处,我们应该一起站出来反抗。据此我建议鼓励各行各业的人员发出自己的声音,对无节制加班说不!<br/>

其次,我们的诉求要明确,合理有可执行性。在发出自己的声音后要明确自己想要什么。很多行业因为特殊性难以避免加班(比如医生夜里要值班),因此我们的诉求不是杜绝加班,而是要合法加班, 我们的要求很简单明确:按照劳动法合法加班,限制加班时长,并且按照劳动法给与相应的经济补偿。如果加班没有成本,那么老板必然会让员工加班到底。而如果加班是有成本的,那么老板就要掂量一下是否值得。<br/>

最后,我们应该相信党,相信国家,用法律武装自己和平解决问题。老实说,大部分劳动者在工作中没有反抗老板的能力。自己家里上有老下有小,公开和老板对抗只会让自己丢了饭碗。这是非常现实的问题,因此我们建议大家要反抗的时候也要做好换工作的准备。而其他人应该互帮互助,建立一个完善的法律援助文档。指引有志反抗的同志如何对抗公司的违法加班行为。

一、我们要联合所有被强制加班,过渡加班的同志。鼓励他们说出自己的心声。<br/>
二、我们要明确自己的诉求,要求合法加班,加班必有补偿,加班要有限制。<br/>
三、我们鼓励大家使用法律的武器。建立一个完善的法律援助文档,帮助他们打赢和资本家的官司。
