+我们要有明确的目标。<br/>
+我们应该有明确的方法与手段。

+首先，联合一切可以联合的力量，避免被孤立。要明白996的问题本质就是无节制的加班问题。 这个问题不仅仅是程序员这个群体特有的问题，而是更广泛的社会问题。金融交易员，医生，律师，环卫工人，农民工等等大家都被逼着加班。跟收入高低无关，跟从事的行业也没有必然联系。而程序员只是最早发声的群体在其它方面并没有什么特别之处，我们应该一起站出来反抗。据此我建议鼓励各行各业的人员发出自己的声音，对无节制加班说不！<br/>

+其次，我们的诉求要明确，合理有可执行性。在发出自己的声音后要明确自己想要什么。很多行业因为特殊性难以避免加班（比如医生夜里要值班），因此我们的诉求不是杜绝加班，而是要合法加班， 我们的要求很简单明确：按照劳动法合法加班，限制加班时长，并且按照劳动法给与相应的经济补偿。如果加班没有成本，那么老板必然会让员工加班到底。而如果加班是有成本的，那么老板就要掂量一下是否值得。<br/>

+最后，我们应该相信党，相信国家，用法律武装自己和平解决问题。老实说，大部分劳动者在工作中没有反抗老板的能力。自己家里上有老下有小，公开和老板对抗只会让自己丢了饭碗。这是非常现实的问题，因此我们建议大家要反抗的时候也要做好换工作的准备。而其他人应该互帮互助，建立一个完善的法律援助文档。指引有志反抗的同志如何对抗公司的违法加班行为。
