The Backup plugin is meant to be used from Hudson or Jenkins to provide a way to backup and restore Hudson/Jenkins configuration files. Please take a look at Jenkins' wiki to get detailed information.
The Backup plugin can be installed from any Hudson or Jenkins installation connected to the Internet using the Plugin Manager screen.
The primary location for the source code of this plugin is on Jenkins' SVN repository. It is also mirrored on GitHub for conveniency.
