=item * New search URL shortener

RT will now shorten search URLs by default, so instead of the longer
URLs previously seen when using the Query Builder, you will now see a short
code in the browser URL bar. This update makes sharing searches much easier
and resolves some issues with extremely long search URLs. Any existing search
URLs saved as bookmarks should continue to work as normal.

This new feature requires a new table, which is installed automatically
as part of the upgrade process. If you prefer not to use shortened URLs,
you can disable this new feature by setting C<$EnableURLShortener> to
false.
