Update Corsican translation for 2.16.47

This is an update of Corsican (co) localization to take the following commits into account:

• 5420fcd Add Medium size (24px) option to Toolbar icons
• 844163f Main Menu toggle Show/Hide (2509) (2)
• 1a19686 Press 1-3 to copy current diff line to clipbd while popup menu is open (2532)
• 31108d3 Add "Ignore missing trailing EOL" option to Compare settings (2573)
• a69b808 Enable per-file plugin application with file number specification (2598)
• 2b2ad2a Some Plugins window fixes (2621)
• 3863b78 Add a Prompt to Copy Only Differences in Folder Comparison (2622)

I also translated a couple of strings - from latest commit - on Corsican InnoSetup file:

• 1a9f0fa Move custom messages in a separate iss file (2247) (2)
