Using device_set.plist to determine available simulators is, after all, unreliable. The simulator app may or may not update the file to disk, causing injection to not work sometimes because target UDIDs are not the same between on-disk and on-memory.
One more feature added, inject-to-all by supplying argument
alltorespring_simulator. It now also shows which device is being restarted.
