Hex Translator

This translator provides numeric- based representations, with navigation using a, likely familiar, hex representation based grid.

The arrow keys can be used to move the cursor, and the TAB key can be used to switch between different decoding views.

Add support for single- glyph rendering of UTF-8/16/32 in detailed view
Add support for an esoteric viewing mode that covers some of the encoding schemes that are close to (but not really) extinct
